Initiating the Project: Defining the project Initiation Process, Determining the project goals, identifying the project constraints. Creating the Scope statement and WBS: Scoping out the project, Publishing the scope management plan. Creating the Work Break down structure. Communicating with stakeholders. Resource Planning and Estimating: Developing a Resource Management plan, Developing an Organizational plan, Time estimating techniques. Cost estimating Techniques. Establishing Project Planning Controls: Risk planning, understanding procurement planning. Creating the project plan: Developing the project schedule, Tools and techniques of schedule Development, Establishing the cost budget baseline, Developing the project plan. Measuring and Controlling Project Performance: Contracting foundation, Laying out Quality Assurance Procedure. Managing project progress, Establishing performance Measurements. Controlling Changes: Managing Integrated Change Control, controlling schedule changes, Managing cost changes. Closing Out the Project: Formulating Project Closeout, Administrative closure.
